I realize there was alot of disappointed fans as a result of the last minute cancellation of the headliner from EBMfest 2007. And while it would be irresponsible for me to offer free entry to any kind of future Rotersand show in the Toronto area as this is unconfirmed, we at EBM Promotions do appreciate the support and return patronage of all those who attend the EBMfest event. Consequently, it has been decided amongst the collective that complimentary passes to EBMfest 2008 will be issued to all those that purchased tickets to the EBMfest 2007 event. The following are the terms and conditions for all those who may apply for these circumstances: (a) Under NO conditions will complimentary passes be mailed or issued online to those that qualify for a pass. Complimentary passes can be picked up in person at the doors on the date of the event. (b) Patrons must have purchased IN ADVANCE a ticket to EBMfest 2007 to qualify for a complimentary pass, door sales are not accepted. (c) ALL purchases made online using our paypal service qualify for a complimentary pass. The purchaser must provide ONE of the following to obtain the number of passes equal to their advance purchase last year: (i) Valid photo ID with address details (ii) Current passport (iii) Valid Photo ID + Valid ID with address details (d) ALL advanced sales at ticket outlets in Toronto or London, ON locations must provide ONE of the following to qualify for equal number of complimentary passes: (i) Proof of purchase in the form of a ticket stub (no reproductions will be accepted) (ii) Ticket numbers AND location of purchase. For those that purchased tickets online for EBMfest 2007, all your address and name information is on file and the purchaser can pick up the compilmentary passes for the group (if purchase was made as a group) For those that purchased tickets at one of our store outlets, the ticket numbers and location have been archived and this must be correctly provided to obtain a complimentary pass to EBMfest 2008. If you cannot retrieve the information my apologies but we do need to support a guideline here to provide accurate compensation to those that apply.
